WHAT IS HAPPENING NOW - THE RUNNING ORDER Draft 2

1 darkness - projections
you are standing in the dark
we are standing in the dark
outside it is raining
the days are getting shorter
The polar icecap is melting
Troy Davis is waiting on death row in Georgia, USA
The earth is moving at 67,000mph around the sun
You are standing, reading this projection and wondering why we are showing you a projection that is telling you what you are doing
Chris is running

2 lights up - audience moved, moved again and seated.
plus actions1 spinning, dancing, bending, reaching etc
3 all speaking - actions1 described
I am… standing, breathing, stretching (add waiting, walking backwards and forwards) into migraine, regretting the freeing…

4 news - two readers alternating, others leave one by one
innocent people are being held against their will
the surface temperature of the globe is increasing
x factor, coronation street etc
global population is increasing

5 darkness - reading continues
On space/cosmos/heliosphere etc
someone with a glitterball and light

6 darkness - speeches on respiratory system and brain
you are breathing…
you are thinking…
sit and breathe…

7 darkness - actions2 in the dark

bricks moved, stage built

8 lights up - we are performing a piece of theatre…
Lee and Ben on stage
Yazzmin and Abi in windows
others join in
